General Summary: GN Graduate Nurse - Neurology, Full Time Nights 7pm-7:30am, Rotating Weekends and Holidays Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital Sign On Bonus: Up to $20,000 Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities: Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.| Coordinates with all disciplines for well coordinated patient care under the oversight of the primary RN.| Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.| Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Licensure / Certification / Registration:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required. - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire. Additional Information
