Manufacture latex-based paint products through operation of high-speed dispensers and thin and shade tanks using both manual and automated batch control processes.

Additional Information:

Days B - Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.




  • Operate and maintain high speed dispersion mill.
  • Control additions of bulk raw material from bulk system.
  • Locate and retrieve non-bulk material from raw material storage area.
  • Perform and document manual adds of non-bulk material(s) as needed per batch slip.
  • Enter required data on batch slips, including but not limited to check-off materials and lot numbers.
  • Perform batch adjustments as directed by QC Lab.
  • Pull samples for QC as required.
  • Perform all requirements pertaining to Batch Tracking functions.
  • Perform filter changes as well as clean and maintain HSD strainers.
  • Perform and participate in general housekeeping activities.
  • Completion of other related tasks and duties as directed or needed.
    Compliance with all safety, environmental and health policies and procedures.
  • Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) regulations and guidelines, including active participation in SMART, VPP and other safety programs.


Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

Must have at least one (1) year of work experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors or pallet handling equipment, order pickers, high lifts, forklifts, or cherry pickers

Preferred Qualifications:

Have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
