Key Responsibilities:

As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your day-to-day activities will involve implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. You will also be expected to evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing products and solutions. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expertise in Data Warehouse ETL Testing is required, along with proficiency in MySQL. Advanced proficiency in Selenium, Test Automation Framework, and Test Automation Strategy is recommended.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy
  • Design and execute automated test scripts using Data Warehouse ETL Testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of ETL/Agile Testing
  • Minimum 5 years of of DB SQL Experience
  • Associate's Degree

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Expertise in Agile Testing, Test Planning , Functional Testing , ETL Tool Testing, Tosca Automation/Selenium Testing SQL,ORACLE, EXCEL 5 Knowledge on ETL testing and any test automation tools such as Selenium/QTP/Tosca.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software components.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and good communication.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, New York, Maryland or Washington as set forth below.
