Adjunct - School of Public Health, EOH 651

Job Summary

The adjunct faculty member will serve as a co-teacher with Dr. Esther Chernak for EOH 651 Microbes in Public Health Practice II: Overview of Viral and Other Pathogens in the winter term of the 2024-2025 school year. The course will be delivered in remote asynchronous format and the appointment will begin on Monday, January 6, 2025 and end no later than March 19, 2025.

Essential Functions

• Teach the course section
• Create a syllabus in accordance with University guidelines or teach the course in accordance with the syllabus and course materials if they are provided by Drexel
• Make yourself available to students
• Maintain accurate documentation of course records to justify the grades submitted
• Perform related or similar duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, environmental health, occupational health, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years' experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree preferred
• Teaching experience preferred
