As a Financial Service Professional, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors.
- The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team. - You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions. Strong collaborators who excel in a fast-paced, team environment, are passionate about client service, and are interested in building a career in Financial Services.
