TEKsystems is looking for an SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager for a client of ours in the Bay Area of California. This individual should have previous SAP Finance experience, and experience Managing S/4 HANA implementations. Top Skills: * SAP Program Management * SAP S/4 HANA Implementations * SAP Finance Description: - Own project roadmap, drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout. * Cross-functional coordination for project socialization, planning, dependency management; and business/executive alignment. * Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports on work within scrum team, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) check point artifacts along with all program level communications. * Present information to technical and non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates. * Minimum of 10 years' experience in technical project/program management, portfolio management, SDLC, software, SaaS and/or related industry with SAP Finance experience. * Strong awareness of SAP S4HANA Finance * Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum methodologies * Proven track record to provide structure and process without compromising speed of delivery. * Experience influencing global product engineering and business teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule. * Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to persuade, encourage, and inspire others. * Self-motivated and not afraid to resolve unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action. o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
