Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team on a long-term contract. This role involves handling escalations from the Tier 1 helpdesk team, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes using Active Directory, and collaborating with various teams including the NOC and User Administration teams. Key Responsibilities: * Handle escalations from the Tier 1 helpdesk team. * Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes using Active Directory. * Collaborate with the NOC and User Administration teams. * Provide on-site white glove support for the majority of issues. * Resolve some tickets remotely. * Perform hardware support responsibilities. Required Skills: * Desktop support experience * Windows 10 troubleshooting * Active Directory * Technical support * Imaging and deployment * Office 365 * Hardware support * Printer troubleshooting * Ticketing system experience * Intune * Automation and scripting * O365 Top Skills: * White glove desktop support experience (2+ years) * Windows 10 troubleshooting experience * Onboarding and termination experience using Active Directory Location: On-site with potential travel to home office oEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
