Description: * Internal customer interactions with business leaders/SME's legal, compliance, controls, and specialty reviewers. * Core work is low complexity in nature. Facilitating the content certification process for a 'disclosure' inventory to allow business and partners to review content to approve or share feedback. The role will act on those decisions, obtain the approvals, and update the database or next steps to resolve the outstanding certification. * Handle customer disclosures may include high risk disclosures. * Role will go into inventory to extract information to then put into email templates to work with the partners. Most work will be done via email, JIRA, and database. Skills & Qualifications: * Prefer bachelor degree in Business, Finance, English, Communication, or related field * Prior experience with procedure review in banking with credit cards, personal loans, collections Soft Skills Needed: * Attention to detail - mistakes could mean mismatches between database inventory and the customer facing version. * Strong execution and follow through. * Strong communication skills (especially written) - most of the interactions will be via email or IM. * Teamwork/collaboration - we expect the team to help each other. Being able to fill in or back someone up to allow the process to continue will be a must.
