Job Title Operations AnalystJob Description Summary Position supports a Major Financial Client in New York. The position will be responsible for the process within the globally managed portfolio of mission critical offices and branch offices locations. The Operation Analyst (OA) will coordinate with other Analysts to ensure global coverage of mechanical and electrical infrastructures supporting these locations. (OA) assures execution of program processes and management frameworks.Position requires excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. In addition an extensive knowledge of facilities monitoring systems, computer software applications (including all products in the Microsoft Office Suite) is required. Must be able to use sound judgement and discretion and must demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and initiative to drive the organizational process. Must be able to initiate and complete projects independently, accurately and often under deadline pressure. Must have the ability to process, prioritize, assign and follow-up on requests. PHYSICAL CONDITIONS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines; regularly required to walk, talk, and hear.
