Position Details:
This position will work closely with leadership and direct care staff to identify and address technology issues and advancements for our adult behavioral health programs. The IT Coordinator will work in partnership with our Information Teachnology Department to address technical issues, provide training and develop strategies to optimize technology usage. Additionally this critical job will involve researching and recommending technology solutionsto improve and enhance patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent problem solving skills and a passion for supporting behavioral health and wellness initiatives.
* Develop and implement technology strategies and initiatives to support project development and roll out in behavioral health.
* Coordinate the selection and implementation of technology systems and tools to support project goals.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify technology needs and requirements for project success.
* Provide technical support and training to staff on new technology systems and tools.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
* Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in the implementation of technology solutions.
* Stay current on emerging technology trends and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
* Coordinate with vendors and IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
* Document processes and procedures related to technology implementation and use in behavioral health projects.
* Conduct on-site visits, interviews, and reviews of program documentation to evaluate the IT needs, delivery of services, adherence to policies and procedures, and compliance with regulations.
* Monitor the implementation of technology solutions and upgrades to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
* Provide training coordination to staff and stakeholders on best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements related to human services delivery.
* Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of processes and procedures associated with technology solutions.
