At Medallia, we hire the whole person. The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation of the Medallia Experience Cloud application. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of shaping our most impactful product areas-driving the vision, growth, and innovation behind our experience profiles and engagement capabilities. You will play a critical role in defining solutions that deeply resonate with our customers and partners, continuing to position Medallia as the leader in the market. If you're passionate about transforming customer and employee experiences and eager to lead product areas that help our users take predictive and prescriptive actions, we want you on our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and define a product roadmap for Medallia's Total Experience Profiles and engagement capabilities. These product areas enable users to understand the end-to-end experiences provided to customers, employees, and partners and suggest improvement opportunities so users can take action. You will lead efforts defining the product vision and requirements for the what, why, and where of these capabilities within the Medallia product portfolio. You'll serve as the go-to leader, accountable for driving both product excellence and measurable business results. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our products and leave a lasting impact on the organization. Finally, you will work side by side with world-class engineers and designers, combining creativity and precision to maximize the impact of every product in support of our vision, to empower organizations to deliver on their promises. Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $147,200 - $229,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Medallia considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
