IFF) at the Rutgers University School of Social Work exists to advance the professional practices and knowledge base of individuals and organizations dedicated to improving the lives of children and families. As the largest Center within the School, the organization leads a portfolio of $16M in programming and evaluation that increases the capacity of child welfare and human service systems, largely through training, technical assistance, applied research and evaluation services.

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Graphic Design Assistant for Institute for Families.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Assists with creating and editing instructional products and designs.
- Creates and reviews flyers and infographics.
- Reviews and revises PowerPoints.
- Organizes & prepares content.
- Conducts video & image searches.
- Supports other administrative duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated ability to create and review learning and marketing products in Canva, Photoshop or similar graphic programs.
- Ability to edit Microsoft Office Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and create and edit PDF files.
- Excellent knowledge of grammar concepts.
- Ability to create designs quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
