We are looking for a highly analytical and quantitative Principal Manager with a strong technical background, and a proven track record of managing teams to achieve operational excellence, driving complex dependencies spanning multi disciplines of large scale silicon engineering organization including Silicon Compute & infrastructure (Cloud, HPC), CAD flows, and day to day operations (support, analytics, planning) and leveraging data, AI and automation techniques& AI in their mode of work to provide insights, increase productivity, and& improve the decision making systems. The Principal Manager of technical Strategy and Operations will be part of the Silicon Operations team, working closely with the leadership team of the Silicon engineering org, to understand our strategic goals and drive cross org efforts deploying a data-centric approach for the decision-making necessary for the dynamic silicon research, design, and implementation, as well as drive our next generation systems modernization on different fronts. #azurehwjobs #SCHIE #MILE
ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Develop and refine scalable processes and frameworks to ensure consistent support quality, performance monitoring, and alignment with business objectives. Strategic Alignment: Ability to focus on the big picture, & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational activities support broader organizational goals and customer expectations. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Oversee the development and analysis of operational metrics, providing insights that guide improvements, improves efficiency and guide actions. Technical Leadership: Address and resolve technical challenges within support delivery frameworks, & operational processes, ensuring seamless execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to streamline workflows, align priorities, and support team effectiveness. Data-Driven Strategy: Guide the data collection gaps to create insights to inform decision-makers and optimize operations Innovation & Problem Solving: Thinking out of the box, leveraging the work of others, tools and utilities to unblock the team, and propose tradeoffs/workarounds. |
