Job Description Summary

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join the Group Real Estate engineering team. This role will combine the responsibilities of developing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and administering our SharePoint environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain business applications, workflows, and document management systems that improve our organization's efficiency and collaboration capabilities.

Job Description

Power Apps Development

  • Design and development: Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
  • Integration: Work with data integration tools such as Power Automate (Flow), Power Automate and other data sources (E.g. SQL server, excel, dataverse), and connectors to integrate external data sources and services into Power Apps.
  • Customization: Customize and enhance Power Apps using Power Fx, formulas, and custom controls.
  • Automation: Build and optimize business process automation solutions using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Power Apps applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

SharePoint Administration

  • Oversee the administration and configuration of SharePoint Online
  • Manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, lists and content types
  • Handle permissions management, ensuring appropriate access levels are maintained across departments
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on using SharePoint features and custom applications

Your expertise

  • 2+ years of work experience in Software Development including minimum 2 years of experience developing Power Apps and Power Platform solutions
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other related Microsoft technologies
  • Knowledge of Power Fx formulas and custom controls
  • Experience with Power Automate (Flows) for automation
  • Understanding of data integration and connectors (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Active Directory integration
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools for Power Platform
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
