Job Summary:
This Administrative Assistant II in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology assists research faculty and other staff by coordinating their complex daily activities allowing them to be successful in their teaching, research, service, clinical, outreach, and administrative duties. This role requires excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. A candidate that has strong verbal and written communication skills will be necessary in this role. A candidate who is innovative, collaborative, service-oriented, and strategic would be a great fit and addition to our administrative team! Responsibilities: Provides administrative support for a department, group of professionals, or to the manager of a work group consisting of professional staff and subordinate supervisors in support of unit goals, under general supervision
