Your Role as Assistant Store Manager: As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to:

• Drive sales and achieve production goals
• Mentor and develop our talented staff
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment
• Implement effective loss prevention strategies
• Contribute to budget management and financial performance
• Represent The Salvation Army positively in the community
