Position Title: Stand-up Forklift Operator
Wage: $21.00 - $23.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Looking to make some extra money before the holidays? We are seeking several Temporary Stand-up Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse in Cedar Rapids. This position is ideal for someone with stand-up forklift experience and a great work history. Stand-up Forklift Operator Responsibilities: - Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move products throughout the warehouse - Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently - Pick and stage orders for shipment with precision - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all products are correctly tracked - Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards - Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Requirements For Stand-up Forklift Operator: - Stand-up forklift experience (Required) - A strong work history with no job hopping (We value long-term commitment!) - Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working in cooler temperatures (34-38F) - Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking - Physical strength to lift heavy loads (up to [insert weight limit]) - Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed - Proficiency in English for communication QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
