Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Automation Developer Location(s): Richmond, VA Responsisbilites:
* Collaborate with business partners and team members to identify business process automation opportunities and associated requirements * Evaluate business requests for automation and develop process automation recommendations * Build new processes and objects using our development best-practices * Create, or help the process owner to create, user acceptance testing (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes * Monitor, update and troubleshoot production digital workers * Develop operational metrics to measure the success of our automation portfolio * Actively participate in improving products by performing quality reviews * Make suggestions for improving our process automation best-practices * Participate in our platform roadmap process * Work independently with limited support Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area * 2+ years of experience with developing digital workers using the UiPath RPA platform * Experience with UiPath Orchestrator * Experience building interactions that interface with MS Office products and SharePoint * Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment * Working knowledge of Javascript, HTML and other scripting languages * Self-motivated with ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines without frequent supervision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * UiPath certification * Software development experience with an understanding of the project lifecycle. * Experience with DevOps tools, Git, Azure Devops / Team Foundation Server * Experience integrating machine learning, natural language processing or OCR within RPA processes * Experience with process optimization or Lean Six Sigma * Experience with C#/VB/.Net/SQL * Knowledge of Object Oriented programming principles * Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
