Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Production Supervisor for our Topeka, KS Production location. The Electrical Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading the site team that oversees the production process and ensures the quality and timely completion of Modular and Electrical House Assemblies at our Topeka site. Our ideal candidate will have proven electrical knowledge, believe in Lean Manufacturing methods, and will live our core values. While you won't find us on Google Maps just yet, rest assured, we are a trusted and established company with big plans for this location. Construction is already underway for a new, 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility, set to enhance our operations and provide an improved work environment by Fall 2025. For now, our operations are based out of job trailers, and the work environment involves seasonal weather exposure, but this is only temporary. Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required and must have base electrical knowledge. Industrial electrical experience helpful, but not required. Valid Journeyman's License preferred but not required. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Some travel may be required up to 10%. QUALIFICATIONS: Technical knowledge in the electrical field (including NEC & drawings) MS Office PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Journeyman license Experience in manufacturing setting (pre-fab/panel) Ability to read electrical drawings and/or schematics Lean methods understanding Rigging and/or fork-lift experience (in a manufacturing setting) |
