Program Manager III
Demonstrated competence in project management and technical competence in discipline field(s) and knowledge of industry policies and practices. Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, cost and schedule estimating, systems disciplines, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon systems procurement and production. The Program Manager shall be knowledgeable of overall organization, direction, and requirements of the contract efforts. BS in Business Management, Engineering or Science - Required MS- Desired 8 Years' Experience in Program/Project Management - Required 10 Years - Desired DAWIA Level II and/or PMP certification; Army Aviation and/or PEO Aviation PM experience. Extensive experience successfully managing multiple, concurrent, complex programs with the overall responsibility of cost, schedule, and performance within a dynamic, matrix organization is desired. | |
