Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to monitor, track, and report on performance and KPI's for migration efforts, assist in providing customized support to assigned Rentokil Terminix brands and markets by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data. This role serves as a support link between the performance marketing, migration, product, teams with digital marketing analytics and data insights.

This role will help identify pre and post integration performance and recommend strategies to increase reach and revenue for migrated markets and geographic regions across all marketing channels and functions as well as provide predictive analytics to improve pre-migration efforts to mitigate performance impacts. This individual will help connect internal stakeholders, agency contacts, and external partners to improve online visibility and conversion rates.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Drive traffic to all Rentokil Terminix online entities
  • Increase online conversions with localized techniques
  • Support performance marketing, product, and migration teams to meet branch, region, division, company, etc. goals

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit branch local listings to increase online visibility and improve Google Search Profiles (SERP, GBP, etc.)
  • Analyze branch reputation and create deployable reports to marketing, migration, and customer experience teams with clear actionable opportunities
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and updates with search engine algorithm
  • Execute plans to drive customers to website and engage in eCommerce experience
  • Streamline reporting metrics to understand customer trends across multiple marketing channels and geographic regions
  • Interpret marketing reports to help create action plans to assist marketing and field organizations

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of analytics experience required
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of digital tools: GA4, google ads, google search console, Moz, BrightLocal, Power BI, Looker Studio
  • Proven track record of collaboration to improve online visibility and engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in BI data architecture, including ETL and APIs, and DW concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, a quantitative discipline, or similar experience
  • Background in data science helpful but not required
  • Experience using SQL/Python and/or R
