Stakeholder Engagement Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OMS & Site Stakeholder Engagement Lead to join our team. This role is critical in enhancing OMS Operational efficiencies, visitor and customer experiences, leading employee engagement initiatives, and fostering effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in managing complex logistical arrangements and stakeholder interactions.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Visitor & Customer Experience Lead

  • Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
  • Plan and execute visits: Organize and manage visits to/from customers, auditors, regulators, suppliers, and other industry and community events.
  • Coordinate visitor requests: Handle pre-visit communications and requests to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Schedule and manage logistics: Oversee logistics including meeting locations, catering, personal protective equipment, and visit hosts/facilitators.
  • Develop and maintain site calendar: Communicate upcoming visits, tours, and large company meetings effectively.
  • Assist operational organization: Support with minutes, action items, and documentation as a result of stakeholder visits and engagement activities.


2. Employee Engagement Improvement

  • Liaison with staff and leaders: Act as an intermediary with staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding organizational climate, employee well-being, and morale.
  • Advocate for engagement activities: Lead and promote employee engagement activities and recognitions across the organization.
  • Provide coaching: Assist departments with planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Manage site-wide communications: Oversee communications and large meetings and events.
  • Subject matter expert (SME): Serve as the local SME for business management tools (Concur, myCWT, local site SharePoint) to enhance efficiency and support employee productivity.
  • Optimize onboarding experience: Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires.


3. OMS Administrative and Organizational Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the senior OMS staff and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Respond to digital queries: Manage emails and other digital correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Document drafting and editing: Draft and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Maintain Monthly KPIs for OMS BU Level and Segment Level
  • Coordinate Monthly Staff Meeting Material for OMS and MBR prep packages
  • Handle sensitive information: Work with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
  • Meet deadlines: Ensure that all deadlines are met while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate across boundaries: Coordinate with Facilities, Human Resources, Security, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and other organizations to ensure cohesive operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, employee engagement, or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with business management tools (Concur, myCWT, SharePoint).
  • Strong ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of managing complex logistical arrangements and stakeholder interactions.
