Responsibilities

Under minimal direction the Sr. Contract Analyst is responsible for reviewing IT contract requests for completeness, accuracy and proper process flows to assist the business with the end-to-end process identifying and addressing operational, financial, security and technological risks. The Sr. Contracts Analyst requires little or no supervision to review and negotiate all types of agreements, including, Master Agreements, Contracts, Subcontracts and Grants ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  1. Three (3) or more years of applicable work experience with a proven track record of progressive, relevant procurement, contract/vendor management, and information technology experience.
  2. Strong understanding of contracting/VMO process fundamentals and the structure of contractual business terms and conditions requirements for Information Technology goods and services.
  3. Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building & communication skills.
  4. Strong computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Skilled in the field of technology leading contract negotiations, drafting, sourcing in partnership with all levels of management for developing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), including the development of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, NDAs, BAAs.
  2. Experience working in a technical environment as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business and the ability to multi-task/manage multiple priorities concurrently under time constraints.
  3. Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations.
  4. CPM, CPSM, or other related certifications.
  5. Vendor Relationship Management experience.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,392.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
