Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Supervisor to oversee our day shift operations in Spokane Valley, United States. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers during the day shift
  • Monitor production processes, quality control measures, and adherence to safety regulations
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, or production delays
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to production teams
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to optimize operations
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of management experience and 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ERP, MRP, or production management systems)
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing and motivating teams
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management) is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus
  • Knowledge of the specific industry or product line is beneficial

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $75,000 + 5% Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
