The Salvation Army Midland Division thrift store located in Joplin, Missouri, is looking for a Thrift Store Worker. This position is expected to perform all functions of a thrift store worker. This includes but is not limited to: Working with customers; lifting and carrying donated/ purchased items; sorting clothes; pricing items; preparing and placing items for display on the sales floor; operating a cash register and making change for purchased items; counting, reconciling of the cash drawer and making bank deposits at the end of day. The majority of the work done in the position will be of the physical labor type. Basic communications and math skills to make change are required. This is a part-time temporary/seasonal position, of 20 hours a week that pays $13.00 an hour. 402 E 7th Street, Joplin, Missouri Essential Functions
