Collaborate with other departments to seek new initiatives and goal setting for annual medical education program to achieve best practices. Your duties will include:

About You We might be a great match if you have: * Ability to take initiative and problem solve under difficult circumstances or time constraints * Experience in collaborating with surgeons and general knowledge of surgeon demands * Excellent conflict resolution skills and strong commitment to employee development * Strong oral and written English language communication skills are essential with additional languages being advantageous but not essential. * Good senior management skills: leadership, human resources management, financial management, communication skills * Positive outlook, high personal standard of excellence, commitment and passion for the vision, mission and values of MPO YOUR EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Master's Degree YOUR EXPERIENCE Minimum 10 years related experience required
