We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Program Manager in our Edison, NJ location. The individual will play a pivotal role in comprehending the goals and objectives of Operations across diverse geographies. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Project team and the Manager of Operations, they will devise and execute strategies that align with these goals for a government public health agency. This position involves not only integrating the Concordance culture into the distribution center, staff, and business transactions but also fostering collaboration across departments to ensure an exceptional level of service.
Essential Functions:



  • Serve as the primary Program Manager for all government public health agency program work, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Act as the main liaison between Finance, IT, and Compliance, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Planning and coordinating project work for a government public health agency program within CHS and between its external partners to ensure timely completion and according to agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the government public health agency program team on a daily basis, addressing any issues and coordinating project needs.
  • Lead the planning and development of playbooks and other strategic documents for new program implementations.
  • Work collaboratively with the EPR Manager on day-to-day operations and project activities.
  • Oversee billing and finance-related processes to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Readiness, Response & Recovery Management.

    • Implement continuity of operations plans for Warehouse Partner in the event of an emergent response.
    • Coordinate with EPR Manager to determine appropriate Warehouse Response Structure.
    • Enhance Warehouse Partner capacity for day to day and emergent readiness, response, and recovery.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all government public health agency program -related matters., connecting various support structures.
  • Travel required up to 5% of time.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need to be Successful:



  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Voice Pick, RF, and VAI systems (or equivalent warehouse management or operating systems).
  • Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively build relationships are essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and able to successfully execute initiatives with some guidance and accomplish stated goals.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a leadership team.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
