Job Overview

The Administrative Support Division Trainer is responsible for the delivery of training to both new and current agents. The Trainer will be responsible to work with clinic leadership and Division leadership to guide, adjustments, and implementation of training programs to support the objectives of the organization. The Trainer must be familiar with all aspects of the Division's workflows and ensure the understanding of end-to-end workflows by all team members. The Trainer should employ tactics for learning programs and facilitate training both in-person and virtually as needs dictate. The Trainer would be responsible to deliver a coordinated training of both technical and soft skill curriculum. This team member supports the QA and Training Program.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • EXPERIENCE - Minimum of two (2) years of related experience and one (1) year of informal or formal training experience.
  • EQUIVALENCY - Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Finance, or related field will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.
* Training and Facilitation: Deliver content in a highly impactful, engaging and applicable manner for short term and long-term employee development. This also includes providing training, coaching and support for external trainers. The Trainer would be creating, editing, and maintaining training materials.
* Instructional Design Support: Provide continual needs analysis, research, and implementation of content to meet the needs of employees at all levels of the organization. Topics include soft skill development talent development, clinic specific workflows, team performance, operational excellence, change management, etc.
* Division Support: Provide assessment, development, coaching and implementation with team members to achieve business results which are aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values and strategy.
* LMS Support: Provide support and back up for our internal LMS Systems Administrator as needed in areas such as database administration, user support, tracking, reporting and troubleshooting. This also includes supporting the integration and transition to a new LMS system that will impact the entire Children's Hospital Colorado organization.
* Works with Quality to track performance at team and individual level to ensure the success of the training and utilizing resources efficiently
* Partners closely with Revenue Cycle Training Team on updates necessary to curriculum and system-wide changes to processes
* Coordinates and supports special assignments
* Partners with unit/department leadership to create on-going training and communication.
* Continually evaluates processes and partners with unit/department leadership to strategize roll-out/education of new or updated processes.
* Represents the clinical and/or administrative support staff roles on various committees and initiatives.
* Performs duties as assigned

Salary Information

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $58,936.54 to $88,404.82
Hourly Salary Range: $28.33 to $42.50
