Our team is responsible for building and operating the services that power our games - whether they were released years ago or have yet to be announced. We're looking for a services engineer with extensive experience in service development and cloud engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of the DevOps lifecycle, including planning, developing, testing, deploying, and operating large-scale highly available web services. Responsibilities Mentor and guide our partners in designing and developing robust web services on our platform that align with Publishing's needs and Microsoft's compliance requirements. Cultivate and manage deep relationships with partners, ensuring their business needs are met while aligning with our strategic goals. Develop and maintain libraries, templates, practices, and documentation to ensure sustainable development and maintenance across our portfolio. Develop effective monitoring and alerting toachieve high availability. Troubleshoot and resolve service, website, and infrastructure failures. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. | |
