AsPlant Manager, you will have operational responsibility and accountability for production line(s) in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment. You will provide leadership and implement organizational strategies in production area(s) to meet safety, quality, and production design goals in addition to cost objectives, product/technology development, and promoting a strong team atmosphere.
