This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center. Job Responsibilities: * Log all incoming calls * Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary * Follow up on delivery of requested items * Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues * After-hours dispatching when scheduled * Hours will be 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday * Heavy Lift required to do shipping and receiving * Cleaning of medical equipment along with other warehouse duties * Dispatch orders to driver and respiratory therapist | |
