Job Summary:

This position will work within the MBA and Master's admissions team to develop and implement recruitment plans, organize events, evaluate admissions applications, and represent the institution to prospective graduate students with the goal of attracting, admitting and enrolling a talented and diverse student body. The position will support the building of diverse recruitment channels for candidates and managing the recruitment relationships with ROMBA, Consortium, Forte and/or MBA Vets. In the role, they are responsible to build corporate relationships and promote the working professional programs. This position will work both independently and collaboratively to develop new programs and ideas while thinking of ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment tactics. This role will be a member of the admissions committee that will evaluate candidates to our MBA and Master's programs to build a diverse group of students in each program. The successful person in this role will have to demonstrate a background of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
Develops and implements recruitment plans, organizes events, recruits and trains staff and volunteers, evaluates admissions applications, and represents the institution to prospective graduate program students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body.

  • 15% Counsels prospective and admitted graduate students on educational planning and career opportunities
  • 15% Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications for admission to a graduate program according to established policies and procedures
  • 15% Identifies opportunities for and develops admissions and outreach events
  • 10% Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution
  • 5% Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement
  • 5% Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals
  • 10% Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences
  • 15% Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission
  • 10% Liaison for MBA partners which could include Forte, Consortium, ROMBA and/or MBA Vets; Serve as the point of contact for alumni relations and corporate partners, including developing and participating in appropriate programmings.

Required

Qualifications:

Required:
- Minimum three years in higher education, admissions, marketing, sales, recruitment, or related professional experience required.

Preferred:
- Minimum two years of specific admissions experience with college or university
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to details and precision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under deadline pressures while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven setting
- High degree of initiative
- Proven success in working both independently and in teams
- Provide a high level of customer service while utilizing a strong professional presence
- Excellent technical skills, such as a familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and/or recruiting and admissions software
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment in which the value of each person's identity, culture, background, experience, status, and abilities are recognized, supported, and respected


Work Type:

Full Time: 100%

This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.

Minimum $57,000 ANNUAL (12 months)
