Work Schedule:

This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:



  • Provide leadership support with maintenance of agendas, calendar management, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of department teams.
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and monitor departmental needs, purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
