The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Design and eLearning Intern to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modernizing training materials, managing learning systems, and developing effective assessments.

What You'll Do at Justrite:




  • PowerPoint Design Enhancement



    • Update existing PowerPoint presentations to align with adult learning principles
    • Implement engaging visual elements and interactive features
    • Ensure consistency in branding and design across all training materials


    Learning Management System (LMS) Administration



    • Assist in day-to-day management of the company's LMS
    • Upload and organize course content
    • Generate reports on learner progress and course completion
    • Troubleshoot basic user issues and escalate complex problems


    Assessment Development



    • Create various types of assessments for training courses (e.g., multiple-choice quizzes, case studies, scenario-based questions)
    • Align assessments with learning objectives and course content
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of assessment items
    • Deliver a comprehensive presentation to management and executives at the end of the summer




What We're Looking For:

* Current undergraduate student in their Junior or Senior year studying instructional design, educational technology, graphic design, marketing design or related field
* Strong interest in Learning and Development
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Willingness to travel to a JSG location for Intern Training Week
* 10 week commitment
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications
* Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles
* Keen eye for design and attention to detail
