Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • As an EDM (Enterprise Data Management) Field Application Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of an organization's data assets.
  • You will manage and maintain the Enterprise Data Management system, overseeing data governance, data quality, data integration, and data lifecycle processes.
  • Working closely with various teams, you will facilitate the smooth flow of data across the organization, ensuring that data is consistent, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations using the client's newest released EDM library tool.
  • EDM System Management & MBCCA Champion
  • Administer and maintain the Enterprise Data Management system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT teams to optimize data management processes.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and other users, to communicate performance metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Develop, manage, and improve customized workflows within the EDM system, including coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure adequate data flow.
  • Provide technical support to EDM users, including responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs), troubleshooting guides, and other resources to support user self-service, adoption, and proficiency within the EDM environment.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of Circuit Design experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Schematic Development experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of Schematics experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of Siemens experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of database management, scripting, and model base engineering as it relates to Siemens Xpedition library tools experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in circuit card designs, generating schematics, simulations, and components selection.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Data Administrator or Data Analyst.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in data management principles, data governance, and data quality concepts.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in EDM systems and data integration tools (Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data modeling, warehousing, and architecture.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in data cleansing, profiling, and data transformation techniques.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Xpedition (Siemens/Mentor Graphics) and motivated to evolve Model Base Circuit Card Assemblies (MBCCA) Deployment to enhance our designs efficiently.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in data visualization principles and processes.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in workflow automation, including developing, improving, and maintaining automation related to the EDM environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in 3D Models
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Circuit Failure Mode Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
