The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:
The Corporate HR Intern will actively participate in and enhance a variety of human resources programs, gaining valuable exposure to daily HR operational activities. This role will involve working closely with the HR team to support key initiatives that improve workforce development, employee engagement, and HR processes.

What You'll Do at Justrite:
* Deliver a comprehensive presentation to management and executives at the end of the summer
* Support the creation and implementation of development programs for hourly and supervisor roles.
* Conduct research on best practices and assist in identifying key competencies necessary for each role.
* Gather and consolidate data from exit interviews and HR dashboards.
* Analyze trends and prepare reports with actionable recommendations to improve retention and overall employee satisfaction.
* Assist in organizing employee forums and generating ideas for improving communication channels within the company.
* Collaborate on projects aimed at fostering engagement and feedback between employees and management.
* Review and update hourly job level descriptions at various facilities.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy, and collaborate with facility managers to align job roles with organizational needs.
* Contribute to enhancing the on-site onboarding process for new hires.
* Provide recommendations for streamlining processes and improving the onboarding experience to ensure employees feel supported from day one.
* Assist in the design and creation of learning materials for various HR programs.
* Collaborate on the development of a competency program by conducting research, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For:
* Current undergraduate student in their Junior or Senior year studying Human Resources or related field
* Strong interest in Human Resources
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Willingness to travel to a JSG location for Intern Training Week
* 10 week commitment
