Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Sales Director - North America Flotationto join its industry leading sales team. Flotation represents one of Nalco Water's key strategic segments and areas of investment. You'll be responsible for leading the flotation growth efforts in NA, including sales team development and coaching. Through outstanding industry credibility in mineral processing and value creation for our customers, you will lead a sales team which will create, communicate and capture value in flotation applications.

What You Will Do:

    • Develop and coach a sales team focused on flotation
    • Lead and coach the team to create, communicate and capture value in flotation applications
    • Design and implement strategic business plans for key accounts
    • Present value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customer's business
    • Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Nalco Water'svalue proposition
    • Deliver flotation sales targets

Territory/Location Information:

    • Location is Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Nevada
    • 35% overnight travel required

Training programs are held in the field and at Nalco Water Headquarters in Naperville, IL; travel is arranged and paid for by Nalco Water. Based on your skill level and experience, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, sales management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 8-10+ years of technical sales experience
    • Mining industry experience
    • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
    • Flotation experience
    • Demonstrated large account management success with executive-level relationship sales experience
