Position: Industrial Electrician Pay: $27.95 - $32.17/hr based on experience Shift: Will train on 1st shift (M-Fr, 8am - 4pm) for approx 3 months then go to shift. Will likely work rotating 12 hour shifts so candidate MUST be willing to work days and/or nights. $10,000 Retention Bonus offered paid out in 4 increments. This position will report directly to the Plant Engineer. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a stable work history, solid communication skills, pleasant attitude and a team player mentality. Candidates must be able to work either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts and must be flexible to work any shift, holidays and overtime as needed. $10,000 Retention Bonus offered paid out in 4 increments.
