Bollinger Shipyards is seeking an experienced Short-Arc (GMAW) Tack Welder to join its team. As a Tack Welder, you will provide essential tools to ship fitters and assist with various tasks as directed, including tacking, grinding, and other related duties.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months of tack welding experience.
• Must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on Short-Arc (GMAW) Tacker T-joint test in both vertical and overhead positions, with the vertical position tack welded using downhill progression.
• Familiarity with basic welding or fitting processes is preferred.
