What We Do The Escrow/Intake Team Specialist role provides administrative post-closing support for real estate transactions in New York state for both residential and commercial properties.
The core function of an Escrow/Intake Team Specialist is to properly and timely disburse post-closing funds. This includes evaluating funds received vs funds expected, precise understanding and execution of related Escrow Agreements, following internal procedures, documenting work, and movement/disbursement of funds.

  • Scanning documents
  • Depositing checks
  • Data entry
  • Review and Analysis of funds received vs funds expected, and reconciliation of any overages or shortages
  • Communicate with internal and external parties
  • Make payments to New York state counties, municipalities, taxing authorities and others.

Please note, this is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in office.

Pay Range: $21.62 - $28.83 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
