KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development lifecycle using Agile and DevOps methodologies, managing coding standards, performing code reviews, and facilitating SCRUMs with expertise in JIRA/ADO. Ensure efficiency with source control management (Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Docker).
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of current codebases and systems across various tech stacks, including Cloud-native IaaS/PaaS (Azure, AWS), Web UI frameworks (React, Angular), backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python), and database integrations.
  • Collaborate with architects and product managers to evaluate advanced technologies and help architect new applications. Oversee technical documentation, covering standards, environments, and technical details for development efficiency.
  • Design scalable AI solutions, leading POCs and pilots to solve complex business challenges. Apply expertise in data handling, cloud scaling, and continuous integration to streamline AI deployment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI models, monitoring performance and adjusting systems for improved efficiency. Translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and industry challenges to create tailored AI solutions, ensuring ethical design, fairness, and seamless integration with organizational systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in leading enterprise software development with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Full Stack development, including modern UI frameworks (Angular, React) and backend services (Java, SpringMVC, Python). Experience with cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible). Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Lucid Chart, and Visio.
  • Proven experience managing AI projects, from design to deployment, ensuring ethical implementation and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams (on/offshore), with at least 2 years in an AI leadership role.
  • Expertise in AI technologies, including GenAI, machine learning, and NLP frameworks (e.g., RAG, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Ability to travel as required.
