Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you'll handle everything from contracts to vendor relationships, helping manage over 90 acres of property! Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Position Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows. Assist contractors, vendors and employees on the phone, over email and in person. Maintain vendor and contractor relationships, including contracts, Certifications of Insurance and safety compliance. Handle cleaning and handyman projects as needed. Plan and schedule team meetings and coordinate Facilities projects with other departments. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction or building trades. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
