Job Description:

As the Training Supervisor, you will provide training regarding a variety of security topics in support of one of our organization's contracts. You will conduct practical exercises in addition to classroom lectures. You may be required to conduct research and provide recommendations regarding the integration and application of security program policies. You may be required to provide analysis, recommendations, and assistance regarding new or existing security requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Training program experience that includes but is not limited to:



  • Operate under the direct supervision and direction, and support the work of, the Training Manager
  • Able to work a non-traditional schedule on occasion, to enable coverage of all Assigned Personnel and all shifts
  • Must possess versality and demonstrated the ability to be proficient in all the requirements of all positions for this contract.
  • Must understand all internal systems and ticketing procedures
  • Assist the Training Manager in developing computerized, on-the-job training in a dedicated portal and with an optimized ability to review training records electronically a well as create proactive training plans based upon Data Center ongoing information analyses
  • Assist Training Manager in ensuring that laws and regulations that might affect the Services are reviewed and changes are implemented as necessary
  • Assist Training Manager in preparing compliance reports and to identify areas for improvement associated with contract-specific policies, practices, and procedures
  • Coordinate, develop, deliver and manage employee training and development programs; conduct needs assessments; identify training needs; develop and/or customizes training courses, content and materials; oversees and deliver training; evaluates effectiveness; and makes adjustments as necessary to improve training and outcomes
  • Develop and implement method of measuring the effectiveness of training programs
