As the Outpatient Therapy Manager, you will provide operational oversight for therapy services including, but not limited to, PT, OT, ST, as well as remain responsible for the overall management and coordination of the comprehensive rehabilitation program. In a Management role, you will promote a positive working relationship with hospital departments, and facilitate a productive relationship between the clinical teams, the medical staff and other services within the outpatient program. Position: Manager, Outpatient Therapy, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital

Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years recent clinical experience in an allied health profession required. Experience in Rehab setting required, outpatient rehab experience strongly preferred. Three years management experience required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in an allied health field required, master's degree preferred

Licensures/Certifications:

Licensed in commonwealth of PA in clinical profession - PT, OT or SLP
