The Temporary Data Entry Coordinator/Clerical Assistant will support our team in managing customer accounts. This individual will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, updating account and contact information, and assigning/de-assigning sales representatives to accounts. The role requires working with our CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Enter and update customer account information in the CRM and ERP systems Create new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer contact details Assign and de-assign sales representatives to accounts as needed Process account updates and data changes submitted via CRM and a ticketing system Ensure data integrity by verifying and cross-referencing information Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality Our ideal candidate: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years previous experience or training in a similar field.
