At Medallia, we hire the whole person. Team & Role This leader will oversee our Employee Relations, Compliance, and HR Policy function within Medallia's People & Culture (HR) team. The Director, Employee Relations and HR Policy will advise and assist Medallia Human Resource Business Partners and Leaders across the organization with complex employee relations investigations and consultations. This individual will also partner cross-functionally to consult on international HR policy in the EMEA and APAC regions. This role will manage a small team and reports directly to our EVP, Chief People Officer. Responsibilities

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $156,000-190,000 USD. This position is bonus eligible. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
