Job Summary

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests.

Responsibilities



  • Greet and approach all guests with a smile everyday
  • Complete daily guestroom cleaning and daily projects to include:

    • Change bed linen and make beds
    • Replace used towels
    • Sweep and mop floors
    • Vacuum carpets
    • Dust furniture
    • Replenish guestroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee, cups, toilet paper, etc)


  • Clean public areas, walkways, and patios
  • Report any technical issue and maintenance needs immediately when found
  • Address guests' requests in a timely manner
  • Help guest retrieve lost items by properly logging and turning in to Lost & Found
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by end of shift
  • Follow hotel security and safety guidelines



Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred

Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals

Good physical health and stamina

Flexible schedule to include weekends and Holidays

Ability to follow instructions with little or no supervision

Excellent organizational skills and time management

This is a full - time non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

Hours and days will be on a needed basis, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The employee will be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl at any given time and lift, move up to 25 to 35 pounds.

Must be eligible to work in USA.
