Key Responsibilities:
BI Tools Implementation:Utilize business intelligence tools to create and maintain dashboards and reports to track maintenance performance metrics and KPIs that provide insights into maintenance operations, enabling informed decision-making.

CMMS Management:Oversee the management and optimization of the CMMS to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance activities, work orders, and Preventive Maintenance Routines (PMRs).
Run data quality controls and processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data. Identify data quality issues and resolve them promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with maintenance processes, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.

Data and Trend Analysis:Collect and analyze maintenance historical data and equipment performance metrics, failure rates and maintenance costs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Preventive Maintenance Development:Assist in developing and refining preventive maintenance programs for air handling units, boilers, air compressors, chillers, among other critical piece of equipment based on data analysis and operational needs to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

Root Cause Analysis/Continuous Improvement:Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and maintenance issues to develop actionable recommendations and preventive measures.
Develop Pareto graphs to identify the most significant issues affecting maintenance efficiency, facilitating targeted improvement initiatives.

Collaboration:Work closely with maintenance teams, management, and client to understand their challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.

Training and Support:Provide training and support on the use of BI tools and CMMS systems to enhance data-driven decision-making and guidance on best practices for equipment maintenance and reliability.

Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs conducted by third party contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, maintenance engineering, or related roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and CMMS software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in creating and interpreting Pareto charts and other data visualization tools.
Solid understanding of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies on air handling units, chiller plants, air compressors, boilers among other mechanical equipment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven approach.
